# The Animal By-Products Amendment (Scotland) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Animal By-Products Amendment (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 24th May 2001.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
