# The Animal Feed (Basic Safety Standards) (England) Regulations 2019, Regulation 5: Offences and penalties

Extent: E+W

Any person who contravenes regulation 3 or regulation 4 is guilty of an offence and liable to the penalties referred to in section 74A(3) of the Agriculture Act 1970.
