Made 9th January 2003
Coming into force 31st January 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 1, 7, 8 and 83 of the Animal Health Act 1981 makes the following Order:

## 1 Title, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) (Amendment) Order 2003; it extends to England only and comes into force on 31st January 2003.

## 2 Amendment to the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 2002

Article 1(2) of the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (England) Order 2002 shall be amended by substituting “1st April 2003” for “1st February 2003”.
