Made 30th January 2003
Coming into force 31st January 2003
The National Assembly for Wales and the Secretary of State, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 1, 7, 8 and 83 of the Animal Health Act 1981 make the following Order:

## 1 Title, application and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2003; it applies in relation to Wales only and comes into force on 31st January 2003.

## 2 Amendment to the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (Wales) Order 2002

Article 1(2) of the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (Wales) Order 2002 is amended by substituting “1st April 2003” for “1st February 2003”.
