  "text": "A notice, licence or authorisation issued by a veterinary inspector under this Order—\n(a) must be in writing;\n(b) may be amended, suspended or revoked; and\n(c) may be subject to such conditions and requirements as the veterinary inspector considers necessary to control the introduction into or spread of disease within or from the licensed premises.",
