  "heading": "Change to the starting time of animal gatherings for the purpose of sale",
  "text": "(1) In the case of an animal gathering for the purposes of a sale (whether or not sale is the sole purpose) held on premises with a paved animal area or a sheep autumn breeding sale licensed under article 8, the licensee may change the midday starting time by, at least two weeks in advance-\n(a) notifying both the Welsh Ministers and the local authority of the date and starting and ending time of the animal gathering or sheep autumn breeding sale; and\n(b) publicising the animal gathering or sheep autumn breeding sale so that those bringing animals to it are made aware of the new starting and ending time.\n(2) If the animal gathering is one of a series of such gatherings, the notification and publication may be for that series.",
