  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers must pay compensation, of such amount as they may prescribe by order, in respect of—\n(a) any livestock slaughtered, or other thing destroyed, in accordance with a restriction notice;\n(b) any livestock slaughtered, or other thing destroyed, by virtue of section 36R;\n(c) any livestock slaughtered by virtue of section 36T(1).\n(2) An order under subsection (1) may make different provision for different cases or classes of case.",
