  "text": "In order to secure uniformity of action—\n(a) every order of the Minister shall with all practicable speed be communicated to the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland; and\n(b) every order made by that Department under the enactments in Northern Ireland relating to diseases of animals shall with all practicable speed be communicated to the Minister.",
