  "text": "In the 1981 Act the following section is substituted for section 75—\n“ Penalties for certain summary offences\n75 (1) This section applies to any offence under this Act for which no penalty is specified.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence to which this section applies is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to both.”",
