This Order was made under section 84(3)(a) of the Diseases of Animals Act 1950 (c.36) and, by virtue of section 17(2)(b) of the Interpretation Act 1978 (c.30), has effect as if made under section 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981. It was revoked, in relation to Scotland, by S.S.I. 2014/63."
