# The Animal Health Orders (Divisional Veterinary Manager Amendment) Order 1995, Article 3: Amendments relating to the “Divisional Veterinary Manager”

Extent: E+W+S

In the Orders specified in columns 1 and 2 of Parts I, II and III of Schedule 1, in the provisions specified in column 3 in each of those Parts, for the words:—
(a) “Divisional Veterinary Officer”; and
(b) in the case of paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 1, “divisional veterinary officer”,
in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager”.
