  "text": "In the Orders specified in columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 2, in the provisions specified in column 3, for the words “Divisional Veterinary Inspector” or “divisional veterinary inspector” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager”.",
