  "heading": "Deprivation orders, seizure orders and interim orders: offences",
  "text": "(1) Where the operation of a deprivation order is suspended under section 49(4), a person commits an offence if the person sells or otherwise parts with an animal to which the order applies.\n(2) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs a person in the carrying out of—\n(a) a deprivation order,\n(b) a seizure order,\n(c) an interim order under section 48(9) or 49(5).\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) or (2) is liable on summary conviction to—\n(a) imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or\n(b) a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale,\nor to both.",
