# The Animals (Divisional Veterinary Managers) Regulations 2009, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996

Extent: E+W+S+NI

(1) The Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996 are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 1(2) delete the definition of “Divisional Veterinary Manager”.
(3) In regulations 13(5) and (6) and 16(8), for the words “the appropriate Divisional Veterinary Manager”, in each place that they occur, substitute “the Secretary of State”.
