# The Animals (Divisional Veterinary Managers) Regulations 2009, Regulation 3: Amendment to the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Control of Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006

Extent: E+W+S+NI

(1) The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Control of Vaccination) (England) Regulations 2006 are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 2(1) delete the definition of “Divisional Veterinary Manager”.
(3) In regulations 21(4) and 23(1) for the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager” substitute the words “Secretary of State”.
