# The Animals (Divisional Veterinary Managers) Regulations 2009, Regulation 6: Amendment to the Bluetongue Regulations 2008

Extent: E+W+S+NI

(1) The Bluetongue Regulations 2008 are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) Regulation 8(3) is revoked.
(3) In regulations 8(1)(a) and (2) and 11(b) for the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager” substitute the words “Secretary of State”.
