  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations )\nThese Regulations replace references to “Divisional Veterinary Manager” with “Welsh Ministers” in–\n(a) the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996;\n(b) the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Control of Vaccination) (Wales) Regulations 2006;\n(c) the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (Wales) Regulations 2006;\n(d) the Avian Influenza (Vaccination) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2006; and\n(e) the Bluetongue (Wales) Regulations 2008.\nA regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared for these Regulations as no impact on the private, public or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
