# The Animals (Divisional Veterinary Managers) (Wales) Regulations 2010, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996


(1) The Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2) the definition of “Divisional Veterinary Manager” is revoked.
(3) In regulations 13(5) and (6) and 16(8), for the words “appropriate Divisional Veterinary Manager”, in each place that they occur, substitute “Welsh Ministers”.
