Regulation 5 Amendment to the Avian Influenza (Vaccination) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2006

For regulation 11 of the Avian Influenza (Vaccination) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2006^f1 substitute—

“11

Any person who knows or suspects that a bird has not been vaccinated as required by the Welsh Ministers must notify them immediately.”
