# Animals (Penalty Notices) Act 2022, Section 7: Regulations

(1) Regulations under section 1 or 2 may contain transitional provision.
(2) Regulations under section 1 or 2 are to be made by statutory instrument.
(3) A statutory instrument containing regulations under section 1 or 2 is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
