  "text": "ANIMALS\nANIMAL HEALTH\nMade 14th September 1995\nLaid before Parliament 18th September 1995\nComing into force 9th October 1995\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1, 7, and 10 of the Animal Health Act 1981, and, in relation to warble fly, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in relation to England, the Secretary of State for Scotland in relation to Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales in relation to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1 and 10 of that Act, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
