# Animals (Post-Import Control) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993, Article 7: Action in default


If any person on whom a duty is placed by this Order fails to comply with such duty the Department may, without prejudice to any proceedings for an offence arising out of such default, take such action as may be necessary to ensure compliance with that duty.
