# Animals (Records) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997, Article 6: Exemption for market operators

Status: prospective

The provisions of Articles 3(1) and (2) and 4(1), (2) and (3) shall not apply to a market operator engaged in the purchase or sale of animals in so far as he is engaged in such purchase or sale in the ordinary course of his business as a market operator.
