  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order, which does not extend to Northern Ireland, amends the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (Fees) Order 2000 so as to increase the fees payable by the holders of certificates issued under section 6 or 7 of the 1986 Act. Article 2(a) increases, from £170 to £252, the fixed element of the fee payable for a certificate under section 6 of the 1986 Act. Article 2(b) increases, from £153 to £226, the variable element of that fee. Article 2(c) increases, from £763 to £1,130, the fee payable for a certificate issued under section 7 of the 1986 Act.\nA Regulatory Impact Assessment of the effects that this Order will have on the costs of business is available from:\nHome Office\nAnimal Procedures Licensing Section\nRoom 984\n50 Queen Anne’s Gate\nLondon SW1H 9AT.",
