## Introductory text

ANIMALS
Made 6th December 1989
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 30(3) of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, I hereby make the following Order:

## 1 

(1) This Order may be cited as the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Commencement No. 2) Order 1989.
(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.

## 2 

The provisions of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 mentioned in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st January 1990.
