# The Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Commencement) Order 1986, Note: Explanatory note


This Order, which does not extend to Northern Ireland, brings into force on 1st January 1987 the whole of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 apart from sections 7 and 10(3) and Schedule 2 (which relates to designated breeding and supplying establishments), and section 29 (which concerns the Act's application to Northern Ireland).
