# The Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Fees) Order 1992, Article 4


The additional element shall be £108 payable for each person who holds—
(a) a personal licence which specifies the establishment to which the certificate relates as the place where the licence is primarily available; or
(b) a licence which is treated as a personal licence under paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act and which names the establishment to which the certificate relates as the only or first-named place where the person is authorised to perform experiments,
at any time during the period to which the fee relates when the certificate is in force.
