  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Fees) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st January 1994.\n(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.\n(3) In this Order “the Act” means the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.\n(4) The Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Fees) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.",
