Article 6

The applicant shall submit his written representations under section 12(3) or (4) to the person appointed not later than 21 days after the date on which he is notified of the appointment of the person appointed in pursuance of Rule 4 of these Rules; but the person appointed may, if he thinks fit, extend the period during which such representations are to be submitted to him.
