# The Antarctic Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1996

ANTARCTICA
Made 3rd October 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35 of the Antarctic Act 1994, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1996.

## 2 Commencement of Section 7 of the Antarctic Act 1994

Section 7 of the Antarctic Act 1994 shall come into force on 1st November 1996.
