Laid before Parliament 20th October 1995
Coming into force 1st November 1995
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in exercise of his powers under Section 32(1) (b) of the Antarctic Act 1994, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
