  "text": "ANTARCTICA\nMade 19th March 1998\nLaid before Parliament 8th April 1998\nComing into force 1st May 1998\nThe Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in exercise of his powers under sections 9(1), 10(1), 11(1), 14(1), 15(c), 25(1) and (3) and 32 of the Antarctic Act 1994, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
