  "text": "These Regulations may be cited as the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st May 1998. The Antarctic Regulations 1995 (“the principal Regulations”), as amended, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Antarctic Regulations 1995 to 1998.",
