The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in exercise of his powers under sections 9(1), 10(1), 15(c), 25(1) and (3) and 32 of the Antarctic Act 1994^f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
