# The Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 29th December 2008. The Antarctic Regulations 1995 (“the principal Regulations”), as amended, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Antarctic Regulations 1995 to 2008.
