This Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the SI of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(1), 25(1) and (3) and 32 of the Antarctic Act 1994:
