  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Antarctic (Guernsey) Regulations 1997 (S.I. 1997/2966), which extended the Antarctic Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/490) to the Bailiwick of Guernsey with certain modifications, to extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey the amendments made to those Regulations by the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/3066) and the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/706).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
