  "text": "(1) The Antarctic (Guernsey) Regulations 1997 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2, after “the Antarctic Regulations 1995” insert “, as amended by the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2017,”.\n(3) In the Schedule—\n(a) in paragraph (2)(c), for “paragraph (6)” substitute “paragraph (7)” and in the text inserted by paragraph (2)(c), for “(7)” substitute “(8)”;\n(b) for paragraph (3) substitute—\n“(3) In regulation 4(2) (applications for permits under sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Act) and regulation 6(5) (comprehensive environmental evaluation) after “on the internet website of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office” insert “and in La Gazette Officielle or on the internet website of the States of Guernsey,””.",
