  "text": "In regulation 9(5) (production of permits), for sub-paragraph (a) of the definition of “authorised person” there is substituted—\n“(a) in Jersey\n(i) a Jurat or the Magistrate;\n(ii) a police officer;\n(iii) a customs officer;\n(iv) an immigration officer; or\n(v) any other person authorised by the Attorney General in writing for the purpose of this regulation either generally or in a particular case;”.",
