  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct a defect in S.I. 2015/126 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nAntarctica\nMade 17th June 2016\nLaid before Parliament 4th July 2016\nComing into force 23rd September 2016\nThe Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(5) and 32 of the Antarctic Act 1994, makes the following Regulations:",
