  "text": "ANTARCTICA\nMade 20th February 1995\nLaid before Parliament 1st March 1995\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, in exercise of his powers under sections 9(1), 10(1), 11(1), 14(1), 15(c), 25(1) and (3), 29 and 32 of the Antarctic Act 1994, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
