  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes a number of amendments to the Antarctic Treaty Order in Council 1962 which are consequential upon the making of the British Antarctic Territory Order 1989. It also raises the maximum penalty which may be imposed under the 1962 Order for the offence of impeding or hindering an observer in the exercise of his right of inspection.",
