  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order designates as Specially Protected Areas for the purposes of the Antarctic Treaty Act 1967 four areas in the Antarctic which have been recommended for inclusion in Annex B to the Agreed Measures for the Conservation of Antarctic Fauna and Flora (Schedule 2 to the Act) in pursuance of Article IX of the Antarctic Treaty. One of these areas (Specially Protected Area No.7) encompasses a smaller area designated in the Antarctic Treaty (Specially Protected Areas) Order 1968, and the present Order therefore deletes the description of the smaller area in the 1968 Order.",
