  "heading": "Extension of definition of disease, animals and poultry for the purposes of the Act",
  "text": "For the purposes of the Act in its application to this Order—\n(a) the definition of disease in section 88(1) of the Act shall be extended to comprise the disease;\n(b) the definition of animals in section 87(1) of the Act shall be extended to comprise any kind of mammal except man;\n(c) the definition of poultry in section 87(4) of the Act shall be extended to comprise quail.",
