  "text": "(1) The 1990 Act shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In section 23(2) (offences under Part 1), in paragraph (a), for “£20,000” substitute “ £40,000 ”.\n(3) In section 33 (prohibition on disposal of waste), in—\n(a) subsection (8), in paragraph (a); and\n(b) subsection (9), in paragraph (a),\nfor “£20,000” substitute “ £40,000 ”.\n(4) In section 80(6) (contravention of an abatement notice), for “£20,000” substitute “ £40,000 ”.",
