  "text": "In this Part—\n“affected person” has the meaning given by section 4(7);\n“antisocial behaviour order” has the meaning given by section 4(5);\n“child” means a person who is under the age of 16 years;\n“interim order” has the meaning given by section 7(2)(c);\n“relevant authority” means—\n(a)a local authority; or\n(b)a registered social landlord;\n“relevant consultees” means—\n(a)in relation to an antisocial behaviour order sought or made on the application of a local authority—\n(ia)the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;\n(iii)each local authority in whose area there is an affected person; and\n(iv)if the person in respect of whom the order is sought or made is a child, the Principal Reporter;\n(b)in relation to an antisocial behaviour order sought or made on the application of a registered social landlord—\n(i)the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;\n(ii)if the person in respect of whom the order is sought or made is a child, the Principal Reporter;\n“specified person” has the meaning given by section 4(1).",
