  "text": "For the purposes of section 130(3)(f) of the Antisocial etc. Behaviour (Scotland) Act 2004 a fixed penalty notice shall include the following other information:\n(a) the name, address and date of birth of the person to whom the fixed penalty notice is given;\n(b) the date and time on which the fixed penalty notice was given;\n(c) the place at which the fixed penalty notice was given;\n(d) the particulars of the constable who gave the fixed penalty notice;\n(e) information connected with the administration of the fixed penalty notice; and\n(f) the method of payment for the fixed penalty.",
