# The Appeals (Excluded Decisions) (Amendment) Order 2008, Introduction: Introductory text


This statutory instrument has been made to correct an error in S.I. 2008/2707 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that statutory instrument.

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(5)(f) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
