# The Appeals (Excluded Decisions) (Amendment) Order 2008, Note: Explanatory note

This Order amends the Appeals (Excluded Decisions) Order 2008. It inserts the correct references to the sections of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 which provide for appeal rights under that Act.
