# The Apple Orchard Grubbing Up (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Apple Orchard Grubbing Up Regulations


In the definition of “the Commission Regulation” in regulation 2(1) of the Apple Orchard Grubbing Up Regulations 1991, the words “and as read with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 3149/94” shall be inserted at the end.
